  • Only original work will be accepted which is not published elsewhere.
  • Length: 600–1500 words.
  • Maintain a clear, engaging, conversational tone.
  • Plagiarism is highly discouraged.
  • You can include some images (1-2) that you would like to go with your post.

  • Provide a short bio and any social media accounts links or website links you want to share.
  • Share your picture for your author profile (optional).
